Photos uploaded with vacancies must be free of rights and must comply with our photo guidelines. We accept no liability if uploaded photos infringe publication rights. CV Database
Registered job seekers can create/upload a CV page for free, indicating that they are available to be contacted by registered employers. Job seekers can take their CV offline or delete it at any time. Archi-jobs.co.uk & Conceptfabriek CV bear no liability regarding the content or legality of CVs or any stated professional qualifications. We merely provide a platform to facilitate contact between job seekers and employers.
By creating and uploading a CV, job seekers acknowledge that search engines may crawl their information, and that such information could appear in search results. Notwithstanding that Archi-jobs.co.uk & Conceptfabriek CV do not display names or contact details to unregistered visitors (whether employers or employees), registered employers can see a summary of the CV (without contact details or name, but with any profile photo). Only employers with a paid subscription can view contact details.
Despite setting CV pages to ‘no-index’ for search engines, CVs and attachments may still be indexed. By using our platform, users acknowledge this. Archi-jobs.co.uk & Conceptfabriek CV can in no way be held liable if personal information becomes visible to third parties.
Only Google for Jobs is permitted to crawl our vacancies and CVs. Any other website or platform using our structured data (schema) is in breach of our terms and may be subject to legal action. Unauthorised publication of our vacancies on other platforms entitles us to claim damages of £100 per vacancy per day, per platform. Any electronic evidence is valid.
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Failure at any time by Archi-jobs.co.uk or Conceptfabriek CV to enforce any of the rights listed in these Terms, or to exercise any such right, will never be seen as a waiver of that provision, and will never affect the validity of these rights.
We may modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Users accept that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding the provisions of international private law and the Rome I Regulation regarding international agreements on movable property. In the event of any dispute, the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction.
Unauthorised Crawling of Our Website
Unauthorised crawling of our website (and our vacancies in particular) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a legal offence subject to criminal prosecution. Any unauthorised reproduction of one or more vacancies on another job platform or website, via crawler or manual action, will result in a penalty of £250 per day (that the vacancy is posted on another platform) per vacancy, without prior formal notice. Our server logs with the IP address of the relevant crawler serve as evidence. In the event of such a dispute, the courts of Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
